The short version: Lima Charlie is educational, self-service software that helps you prepare your own VA disability claim. We give you tools and information - you make the decisions and file the claim. Here's the full picture, in plain language.

Who you are contracting with

Lima Charlie is operated by Lima Charlie Vets LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, doing business as Lima Charlie. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company. Questions about these terms - or anything else - reach a person at our contact page.

What Lima Charlie is - and is not

  • We are not a law firm, a Veterans Service Organization (VSO), an accredited claims agent, or a representative of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
  • Nothing here is legal or medical advice. It's education and document preparation you use at your own judgment.
  • We do not file claims for you, represent you before the VA, or communicate with the VA on your behalf.
  • Free help from accredited representatives is always available - find a VSO at VA.gov.

No guarantees - from us or anyone honest

Only the VA decides ratings. We never guarantee a rating, an increase, an approval, or any outcome, and any estimate you see in the product is educational, not a promise. Be wary of anyone who guarantees results for money.

Your responsibilities

  • Everything you submit to the VA must be truthful. Never exaggerate symptoms.
  • Verify time-sensitive details (deadlines, forms, rates) against official VA sources - rules change, and VA.gov is the authority.
  • Keep your own backups of your work (⚙ → “Download my progress”).

Purchases

The full workup is a one-time purchase for your personal use - no subscription, and never a percentage of your benefits. It unlocks the paid tools on your devices (sign in with your purchase email to restore access on a new device). Please don't redistribute or resell the content. If anything goes wrong with a payment, contact us and we'll make it right.

Refunds: full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked - a plain software refund, never conditioned on any VA decision or outcome. Refunding a founding-member purchase releases your founder spot: if you purchase again later, the then-current full price applies.

Limits of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us. We're a small team building carefully, but we can't accept liability for VA decisions, missed deadlines, or how information is used.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Meaningful changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
